RSW Airport is served by LeeTrans bus route 50. A transfer must be made to go to Fort Myers or Cape Coral. It is possible to go to Naples by bus, but it is a very long trip. The Google map below shows a portion of Route 50. Lee Transit has a PDF system map which can be dowloaded.
